Blue Moon Leisure ShowroomSnookercues.com is the online shopping website for Blue Moon Leisure. We have a showroom and manufacture many of our products ourselves. We are based in Devon but we supply our cues all over the world. Our Telescopic snooker and pool cues are the most versatile cues you can buy, but we also supply traditional Hand-spliced and Machine-spliced cues of the highest quality.

If you want any help or want to know more about snookercues.com and Blue Moon Leisure you are welcome to phone us on 01271 889147.

WARNING:  Do not compare our telescopic products with cheaper imported models. Ours are made on site in Ilfracombe, England and the quality comes from over 20 years of knowledge, development and manufacture.

Some online websites do not want you to know much about them, and some do not even offer a contact telephone number. We however, are pleased to discuss customers needs and requirements, and if you are local you can visit our showroom and try the cues before you buy. Please phone to make an appointment first though, as we might be out fitting pool tables.

You can be assured you will get a professional service if you are buying mail order. We have been dispatching snooker and pool products by mail order long before Internet shopping came along. Our packing and dispatch is of an extremely high standard, it has to be, some of our products have to go to the other side of the world.

If you can not find the product you are looking for, please phone us on 01271 889147 or e-mail sales@snookercues.com and we will do our best to find it for you. We can supply almost any billiard related product.

TABLE SERVICING  As well as supplying snooker and pool tables we also offer full table servicing, from recovering to full installation. Because prices depend on your own requirements, such as the type of cloth etc, we do not print servicing costs, however, if you contact our sales, (through phone or e-mail) we will be pleased to quote for your requirements or discuss details.

The  many products you will see on our site offer outstanding quality, so check out the offers and free gifts, or contact our sales team for more advice. BML logo 2012

Hi Randi, we only have cues in stock of standard lengths of 57 and 58 inches though we are considering making some longer ones of 59 and 60 inches perhaps in the future. We can make up one of our telescopic cues at almost any length you want (see https://www.snookercues.com/product/cueplus-57-telescopic-snooker-cue/ ) Where did you hear of us? If you are local you could visit us (by appointment), otherwise the only other option would be to have a traditional cue custom made which would be expensive and would take several weeks. Did you have a particular budget?

The BL16 can be made to fit providing we can find the correct thread for your cue. If you can give us some more information about your cue such as model and age, we will look in to this for you and advise. It would also help if you could take a photo’ of the male thread required and e-mail it to us. You can also phone us if you wish on 01271864922. Hope to hear from you soon, Regards Rob.

I am looking for a moderately priced Snooker Cue 57- 58″ length, 3/4 jointed, 17oz weight, 9-9.5mm tip complete with Butt End, Extendable Extention and Hard Case. What options do I have?

Hi Geoff, we have many cue and case deals on our cue and case page
      https://www.snookercues.com/product-category/snooker_cues/snooker-cue-case-deals/
Hopefully you will find a package that you like and is also within your budget but if not do not hesitate to contact us and we will try to find something suitable. The weight you want of 17ozs is very light though, and we are unlikely to have any cues from stock of that weight but I will weigh some of the cues in any of the deals you may be interested in and advise of the nearest to that weight.

    Hi

I would like a quotation/estimate of postage charges to ZIMBABWE for the following items:
    a) 1 x Blue Flash Butt Jointed Pool Cue
    b) 5 x Blue Diamond Cue Tips

Hope to here from you asap

The postage costs to Zimbabwe for a butt-jointed cue would be £50. The cost of sending a 2pc (mid-jointed) cue would only be £25.

I note that you chose Direct bank transfer (though we have not received) as prepared payment method. I can give our bank details if you wish but these is likely to be some bank charges which you would have to pay at your end so payment by card through our website could be easier and cheaper. I can give you details on how to pay postage through our overseas postage page on our website if you wish to go ahead with the order.

Please advise how you intend to proceed and I’ll do my best to help.

I’m looking for a reasonable quality snooker cue, but I am not interested in any Chinese imports. Are your cue’s made in England using English wood? If so, what would you recommend and what would the cost be to ship to Australia. I need the extension piece also.

Hi Chris, most of our cues are made by some of the best cue makers in the world but not necessarily in the U.K. Cues made in the UK will be the more expensive ones and we have just put a new one on the website. See our Laser Red snooker cues on Laser Red 16.8oz and Laser Red 17.5oz Regarding the woods used, they are all made from selected timbers but some timbers such as the ebony are of-course not grown in the UK.

Hi Matt. Ouch! A 1 pc snooker cue case to the Netherlands is going to be expensive to post because of the length. I would require your full delivery address but from a quick check I have just made it will be in the region of £29 which will cover post, packing and insurance. I am presuming your extensions are screw-on and not push-on in which case most of the one piece cases on our 1pc snooker and pool case page will fit for width and the `Halo` and `Chain` cases are slim, light and sturdy. The Chain is only just under 59 inches (149 cm’s) where as the black Halo is just over 59 so could you advise the exact length of the cue. The other aluminium cases would also probably also do the job if you preferred them so if you do let me know and I will check. Regards, Rob

Hi Ray, please give it a chance, it has a long way to go. I repaired it free and sent it back to New Zealand free and I did it as quickly as I could but I only posted it a couple of days ago. Let me know if you don’t get it within 10 days and if not I’ll look into it. It went via Royal Mail but Christmas time is of-course it is Christmas and the busiest time of the year so transit might take longer.

Good evening I am looking for a hard case that will take a 4 piece cue, the length of the cue is 58inch or 148cm the mini butt is 7inch or 18cm and the telescopic ext is 22.5inch or 57cm. Could you please advise me on the best case that can accomadate all that.

Hi Michael, I seem to have a problem sending replies to your e-mail, however I will do so again. Yes, the 2 section Blue Arrow 1pc case will hold up to a 59 inch cue, mini-butt and Blueray, however as you state you have a 4 piece cue I am wondering if your cue is butt jointed so will also fit in to our butt-jointed cue cases. Please do not hesitate to contact me by e-mail or phone with any further questions.

I see you have the Master cue professional from their millennium range in stock in a one piece. I was wondering if you also have it as a 3/4 and also do you have specs of the actual cues in stock or do your oder them after an order is placed? Id love to come down to your store to have a look but unfortunately too far.

Hi Jordan, where are you writing from? Certainly if you did plan to visit you would be welcome but we operate an appointment system. This allows customers to try the cues on our pool table in the showroom but also we could be out table fitting. Anyway, if you are too far away to visit don’t worry, we send our cues all over the world. Regarding the cue spec’s if you advise exactly what you want we will go through our stock and advise of the cue with the nearest spec’ to your requirements. On average though I can advise most of our Mastercue stock is between 18 and 18.5 oz’s with a cue length of between 57 and 58 inches. The tip sizes are either 8.5mm for pool or 9.5mm for snooker. You do not state which you are interested in but if it is snooker I can advise that we do have the Professional available in 9.5mm tip. . I will say that the more specifications requested the harder it is to find a suitable cue but I will do my best. The Professional is a nice cue so hopefully we will be able to find you something you will be happy with. You are welcome to phone me if you wish to discuss in more detail. I would be interested to know how you heard of us.
